Ječovo—the name that the Žurej farm has borne for decades—derives from the castle dungeon.

Legend has it that an underground tunnel ran from Žusem Castle to the farm, where the castle dungeons were located; one of these dungeons is part of the farm building and serves as a very cool cellar.
