Legend has it that an underground tunnel ran from Žusem Castle to the farm, where the castle dungeons were located; one of these dungeons is part of the farm building and serves as a very cool cellar.
A Farm with a Long History – The Žurej family has been running the farm for several generations.
Surrounded by the beautiful natural landscape on the outskirts of the Kozjansko region, you’ll not only breathe in the fresh air, but you’ll also be able to enjoy it to the fullest. Our farm is located near Lake Slivniško, a true fishing paradise, and we’re just a 15-minute drive from Podčetrtek (Terme Olimia, Aqualuna). Žusem, with its Tower of Love, is just under an hour’s walk away through a beautiful forest. And what about us? Here, you’ll be greeted by the smiling faces of your hosts, cats, Melly the dog, cows, and, of course, horses.
