Strawberries, raspberries


STRAWBERRIES are a rich source of vitamins, minerals and diet fruit. They contain iron, sodium, calcium, potassium and phosphorus, as well as various fruit acids, vitamins A, B1, B2 and C, and have a low energy value (46 kcal/100g) and are also a source of fibre. The characteristic red colour is given by the fruit pigments anthocyanins, which are present in strawberries and are known as good antioxidants. Salicylic acid in strawberries, which is an ingredient in aspirin, protects the plant from infections and in our organism is supposed to reduce the chance of developing bowel cancer and act anti-inflammatory. Eating fresh fruit should also reduce blood pressure and drain urea stocks. They are used in the preparation of various desserts, jams, as a popular addition to chocolate, ice cream, yogurt, breakfast cereal, sparkling wine.

 

From the beginning of May to the first week of June we offer early varieties of Clery and Asia strawberries – once native organic strawberries.

 

RASPBERRIES has recently become a hit due to its healing and preventive properties. They contain large amounts of vitamin A, they are also an extremely rich source of vitamin C, and in cooperation with rutin they act as an excellent antioxidant. Doctors recommend that patients and patients suffering from various nervous system disorders use malin, as they are supposed to prevent nervousness, regulate hormonal imbalances and work successfully against diarrhoea. They are an excellent natural remedy against eye damage and improve vision, inhibit and prevent bleeding throughout the body.
